ReplyDeleteoh man, that sucks that you were having troubles uploading this. Good solution to write it out. Well, I have to say that I would have much rather have seen the pitch, but in reading it, I get to point just as clearly. I'm sure that I have commented on this before, my concept is a transportation service too, but for kids. You are talking about older people using smartphones and websites, what about those that don't care for either. I think you should be prepared for several phone calls as well. I think they would be more apt to calling than scheduling something online.

ReplyDeleteI had some issues uploading my Elevator Pitch No. 2, fortunately I was able to upload it the day after it was due. It'd be great if you could work out your issues and upload, but great idea typing it out nonetheless! It would be good if we could hear any improvements in your presentation; however, based on the info you've provided, I totally agree with Carolyn. While having a website in addition to an application would help many people without smartphones, many elderly people aren't tech-savvy enough to use a computer so having a call-in option would be great! Good work!

ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, there is not much to comment on this pitch. The idea sounds great, and seems like there is a great potential for a service like this. As far as seeing if you've improved your clarity and speaking louder, I think it's pretty obvious that I can't tell.....
