The benefit in the service I would be providing differs
between people. The ultimate benefit is to give disabled and elderly people
freedom to go places at their leisure. This would benefit them directly if they
bought the service. Additionally, people who have parents who are unable to
drive are called on to drive them places often, so their benefit in the service
would be that they do not have to go out of their way to take their parents to
do simple things such as medical appointments. The tangible products in my service’s map would
be the application’s use of car and driver sharing service. The vehicle would
be tailored to their need, whether they just need to be comfortable and easily
accessible; while on the other side, they can be tailored to fit a wheelchair
in it. The augmented level of the service is that it is specifically made for
people who can not ride in ordinary vehicles to go on simple outings. The
communicated level shows that my service is marketed senior citizens themselves,
in newspapers and other advertisement. It would aim to portray a freedom for
those who usually will not. People will want this service for their parents or
friends due to the convenience of not having to worry about getting them where
they need or want to be. The communicated level would involve advertisement to
middle aged people who have parents at the age where driving is no longer safe.
